If you do not have a bicycle, you can always get a bicycle ride-share and use it to enter Sentosa. This is a great pathway to walk over to Sentosa and also has a beautiful skyline view with the cable car in the background. There are also restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk and it is always crowded during sunsets hours. Once you enter the Sentosa entrance, you will arrive at Resorts World Sentosa. One of the ways which is completely free is by walking to the island via the Sentosa Boardwalk from VivoCity shopping mall’s waterfront promenade (near level 1 lobby F). The 700-m boardwalk opened in 2011 and used to charge $1 admission fee into Sentosa. It became free of charge after SG50 celebrations in 2015. The walk is suitable for all ages as it is wheelchair and stroller friendly. There are also several two-way canopy-covered travellators which make the stroll on the boardwalk even easier.
