Quanjincheng is an ancient city ruins located in the steep mountains of Seoraksan Small Park. Since it is said that the two generals surnamed Kwon and Kim built the city to avoid war, it is called the Kwon Jinseong Cable Car. It was built by Dr. Lee Ki-sub, a mountaineering enthusiast in 1971, and many people who come to Seoraksan like to ride. The cable car ride takes about 6 minutes, and after getting off the bus, you can walk 20-30 minutes to reach Gwongeum Castle (1,200 meters high) with a panoramic view of the Seorak Mountains. After getting off the cable car, you can go to the higher part of Kwongeumseong City, where there are observation platforms such as Panshi, Lost Terrace, Bell Ringing Terrace, etc., overlooking the East Sea and Sokcho City. In the west of Kwonjinseong City, there are various forms of strange rocks and rocks in Seorak Mountains, such as Dinosaur Ridge, Tianpodae, Madan Ridge, and Zhuxiang Ridge.
