I travel a good amount, but nothing prepared me for how to go about planning for my China trip. Here are some things l learned. Make sure you get your visa early to account for any delays. The application process is intense and takes up to 2 months depending on where you are located. Many times they will have to mail your passport off to a major city to have the visa placed directly into your passport. It's also an expensive visa. Currently it is about ~$400USD, but it does last for 10 years! Download WeChat and Alipay. China is mostly cashless and you can now add your Visa Card through WeChat. They will ask for personal information to verify your identity and this is how you will pay for almost everything as well as calling taxis. Even vending machines just have a QR code where you can scan your WeChat pay. Make sure you do this in advance because it takes up to 3 days to get approved. Things like Google and Instagram etc do not work in China. People use WeChat for everything there so prepare for this. lf you need to download translating apps, this is important because Google Translate will not work. Overall, although it was very intimidating to prepare, visiting was a great experience. l learned a lot and feel more prepared to visit next time! lt is a beautiful country, and everyone was so nice! #trip

Inside the hotel Room design is fashionable and simple, with smart home features. Not all rooms have windows and bathtubs, please be aware when booking. Breakfast is 68 yuan per person, enough to fill you up, with a sandwich for each person, not very rich but the price is also not expensive. The gym is small, with only a few simple treadmills and such. There are three floors of rooms. Other impressions: Perhaps due to the Spring Festival, there were not enough staff. On the first day of breakfast, we did not receive our sandwiches. They also threw away a hair accessory left on the dining table, mistaking it for trash, and the complimentary drinks for the second day were not placed in the room.
