March in Nanchang is humid, and my girlfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, which faces Tengwang Pavilion across the Gan River. The sparkling waves of the Gan River flow in from the window and spread across the carpet of the room, like a sprinkling of silver. After nightfall, I watched the river in the executive lounge, with drinks and cookies. Through the transparent panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, the cruise ship stirred the river water with neon lights, breaking it into a river of stars. The hotel is in the old-fashioned Sheraton style. After entering the lobby, you will see a dazzling array of gold, a hanging crystal chandelier waterfall, a spiral staircase, and various golden elements. Even the corridor leading to the guest rooms has its own Wong Kar-wai movie filter. Nanchang people know how to eat. I ate three meals at the hotel, and they were all delicious. The Feast restaurant's breakfast has a freshly made rice noodle stall, offering authentic Nanchang mixed noodles and crock pot soup filled with hot steam. There is also a small hot pot for lunch. I think it is a place where locals would come for family dinners. If you have friends in Nanchang, you can see if this is the case, because many people eating next to you are not hotel guests, but families of all ages and girlfriends chatting, the atmosphere is very good. Another Japanese meal was at Miyabi Japanese Restaurant's yakitori all-you-can-eat. Just walk up the spiral staircase from the lobby to the second floor. In the dim and warm light, unique paper lanterns set off the quiet mystery of a Kyoto restaurant. I have to say that the price is really great. CNY 198 per person is the quality of CNY 300-400 per person in Shanghai. The ingredients are good, and the seasoning is good. We said that the first sashimi platter alone would cost CNY 198 in Shanghai. There are also set meals and other packages available at ordinary times. The location is good, so it is very convenient to go to Tengwang Pavilion, Longevity Palace, Jiangxi Provincial Museum, etc. It is a place I will definitely stay in Nanchang next time!

|First of all, I would like to thank the front desk for upgrading me to such a huge suite with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, even though I was staying alone... The hotel is in a good location, in a very busy area of Nanchang, and very close to the river, just a 5-minute walk away. Tengwang Pavilion is on the other side of the river, and the view is very nice. If you happen to stay in a high-floor river view room, the view is unbeatable! The bathtub is very large, and there is a handrail next to it, which is very well designed. There is a place to hold on to when you lie down and stand up to prevent falling, which is very thoughtful. Breakfast includes Jiangxi-style soup, and I had radish and pork rib soup, which was delicious. Haha, the tofu and gluten balls were also very good. I even saw someone pack some of that dish to take away, so it was very popular!

There don't seem to be many chain hotels in Nanchang, and there aren't many Marriott or Hilton hotels to choose from. I chose this Sheraton, and the price is reasonable for a big city, especially with the flash sale and Q3. The location is great, right above the subway station, so it's convenient to get anywhere. The surrounding area looks like a CBD, and you can see Tengwang Pavilion from the lounge. I asked in advance if I could get an upgrade to a suite, and I ended up with a two-bedroom suite. The style is quite old, like a government official's house, but it's big, 145 square meters, with a living room, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and four TVs. Although it's old, it has a lot of facilities, including a Harman Kardon sound system in the living room, which is great for listening to music, a large fridge, a washing machine, and a foot massager, which is very thoughtful for us tourists who walk 20,000 steps a day. The breakfast doesn't have many options, but there are clay pot dishes and Nanchang rice noodles, which I had for breakfast both days. I didn't have dinner at the lounge for two days, as I wanted to go out and find some spicy stir-fried dishes.

Nanchang Sheraton: Hardware is not enough, but service makes up for it. I came to Nanchang Sheraton on a Marriott room-hunting trip. I thought I could upgrade to a suite with Platinum. Location: Located in Honggutan District, New District, across the Ganjiang River from Tengwang Pavilion. Across the road is World Trade Plaza (there is a Weilai! Convenient for car owners to check in). It is convenient to order takeout. You can walk to Qiushui Square and take a taxi to the new Jiangxi Provincial Museum. You need to cross the river to get to Tengwang Pavilion, but the drive is not far. The lounge is open until 11pm, and offers breakfast, happy hour, and soft drinks throughout the day. The lounge's happy hour is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. I really like the pizza there, which is well made. The curry smells nice, and the sesame chips are also my favorite, as they are fragrant and crispy. The surprise was the five-grain healthy hot drink machine. After drinking a cup of warm sesame paste, I felt so lightheaded. We stayed for two days. On the second day, the lounge happy hour was moved to the first floor. I was a little unhappy at first, but it turned out to be a buffet dinner!
