It is located in the southwest of Shuanglong Town, bordering Shuanglong Village in the east, Zhangdao Village in the south, Paidaba Village in the west, and Ma'an Village in the north. Shiba Dong Village is located in the easternmost part of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and belongs to the Karst landform development area.
