Avoid all of this by going to the 11th floor Sky Lobby! It’s a bit further away from Magnet or the Starbucks, but it gives an amazing view. 📍 Nintendo Flagship Store at Parco. In fact, there are so many cool stores at Parco. Nintendo just happens to be extra special and has so much incredible merchandise! 📍 Hachiko Statue ~ honouring the most loyal dog in Japan, who waited for his owner to come back for nine years. It can get pretty crowded here and people will line up for a photo. 📍 Miyashita Park was previously a public park but has been transformed into a three storey mall with vibey shops, restaurants and cafes. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The city's neon-lit streets, bustling markets, and ancient temples made me feel like I was in a different world. My trip began with a flight from Singapore to Narita International Airport, which cost me around $400. After arriving, I took a train to my hotel in Shinjuku, which cost around $20. For the next few days, I explored the city using the efficient public transportation system, which cost around $2 per ride. Here are some of the top places I visited: - Tokyo Skytree: $20 entrance fee - Meiji Shrine: free entrance, but donations welcome - Tsukiji Fish Market: free entrance, but sushi-making experience cost $50 - Asakusa Temple: free entrance, but Nakamise shopping street was a must-visit - Akihabara: free entrance, but electronic shops and anime culture were a must-experience - Shibuya Crossing: free entrance, but people-watching was priceless I also took a day trip to Nikko, which cost around $100 for a return train ticket. The food in Tokyo was incredible, and I had some of the best meals of my life. A sushi dinner at a high-end restaurant cost around $50, while a ramen lunch at a local shop cost around $10. On a rainy day, I got soaked in Omotesando and rushed into a roadside ramen shop called 'Ore-ryu Shio.' While wiping my wet hair and clothes, I fiercely ordered a ramen and gyoza combo, a guilty pleasure full of carbs. Shibuya is still crowded with people, and it remains the busiest intersection in the world. People of different skin colors from all over the world cross paths, leaving behind their turning backs. The bustling, lively atmosphere of the city has come back to life.

Tokyo's premier entertainment district . I visited Shibuya, Tokyo's top entertainment district, and there was a wide variety of sights to see, food to eat, and things to enjoy in Shibuya!! Let me introduce you to a few places worth visiting in Shibuya 😆 🎈 Scramble Crossing A famous spot often featured in animations like 'Jujutsu Kaisen' and 'The Girl Who Leapt Through Time'! It's a place where you can see the unique sight of hundreds of people crossing the pedestrian crossing at once. 🎈 Shibuya Yokocho Located under Shibuya Miyashita Park, this alley has the feel of a Japanese pub street where you can experience the atmosphere of Japan's izakaya streets. The Google reviews here are not great, so I recommend just taking pictures :) 🎈 Miyashita Park A complex shopping mall park located right next to Shibuya Station. There's a very large park on the rooftop, and there's even a statue of Doraemon's 'Anywhere Door'! It's a great spot in Shibuya for a walk. 🎈 Pokémon Center An animation shop that you absolutely can't miss in Shibuya. The Pokémon Center has an interior like a laboratory from the anime, making it an even more realistic Pokémon shop. 🎈 Jump Shop A large animation shop selling goods from various animations. You can find souvenirs from classic animations like 'One Piece', 'Haikyuu', and 'Dragon Ball', as well as currently airing animations.

#JapanTravel Day 1️⃣ Narita Airport ➡️ Hotel Check-in ➡️ Shibuya Scramble Crossing ➡️ Shibuya Sky ➡️ Hotel ☑️ I took the Skyliner from Narita Airport to downtown Tokyo. ☑️ I used the Edmont Hotel at Iidabashi Station. It's close to Tokyo Dome, so I recommend it to those who are going to see a show. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby! Day 2️⃣ Hotel ➡️ Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea ➡️ Hotel ☑️ I went to Disneyland, but I've been going to DisneySea a lot lately since it's newly opened. ☑️ Tokyo Disneyland is expensive, so you have to play all day! In my experience, playing all day from opening to closing isn't enough. 3️⃣Day Hotel ➡️ Shinjuku street tour ➡️ Hankyu Department Store ➡️ Narita Airport ☑️ The last day was decided as a shopping day, and I went shopping!
