Hotel near Sangam World Cup Stadium, Shilla Stay Mapo 💙 The biggest reason I bought Shilla Stay Mapo was because it was close to Sangam World Cup Stadium and there were only two places to park. I bought the hotel at the same time as paying for the Munich Tottenham match, so I think I bought it with some leeway. In Taebaek, you can see the green Taebaek Mountain from home, but in Seoul Shilla Stay, when you open the curtains, you see a forest of buildings. The room is small, but the good thing about Shilla Stay is that children are free. Also, there is a bathroom with a bathtub as big as the room. Shilla Stay Mapo boasts a prime location just steps away from Gongdeok Station (Line 5), making it a convenient base for exploring the city. With multiple 7-Eleven and CU convenience stores right beneath the hotel and a lively array of restaurants and entertainment spots nearby, the surrounding area is a definite highlight. However, the experience is dampened by the less-than-friendly attitude of the hotel staff. From check-in to daily interactions, the lack of warmth or greetings left a disappointing impression, especially for tourists. The rooms are also quite small, which may not suit those looking for spacious accommodations. While the convenience of the location is a strong point, the unfriendly service might make some guests think twice about returning.
