#meetsingapore Address: 7500 Beach Rd, Singapore 199591 This is an excellent restaurant and I will come to their branch at Beach Road and they have 3 branches in Singapore. At this branch inside ParkRoyal Beach Road Hotel, they have a tea room just right outside the restaurant if you want to sip some tea. You can enjoy a Chinese Kungfu tea experience here. It is worth a visit if you have not experienced it. Not sure if you know that Si Chuan cuisine is more spicy and mala. But if you cannot take the spiciness, you can always ask for less or no spice. I always over order whenever I am here. So you can join me for lunch next time.

I have always heard about this restaurant but never got a chance to try it. Online reviews for the restaurant is quite high too. Initially, I thought it was a restaurant that sells beancurd based on it's name. Haha! Went for it's dim sum buffet on a weekday. As the hotel is still closed for staycation, the restaurant is only 1/3 filled up during lunch time. I know during normal time, reservation is highly recommended. Some of the dishes can only order once. These dishes includes braised fish maw abalone and sea cucumber in brown broth, siew mai with abalone, and also the prawn dumpling with fish roe. Buffet isn't suitable for me these days as my appetite is rather small. However, I do appreciate this buffet as the portion that they gave was just nice for me. Like a tasting menu.
