[2025 Viti Levu Attraction] Travel Guide for Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park (Updated May)

It was a trip to Fiji, just to share some of my favorite places to visit and restaurants. I would definitely recommend you to visit Mamanuca Islands 🏝️ The Mamanuca Islands are a beautiful archipelago known for their stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant coral reefs. If you are a snorkeling 🤿 lover, this is a perfect place for snorkeling, diving, and water sports. 📍Mamanuca Islands, Fiji (accessible via boat or seaplane from Port Denarau). If you were to visit there, I would highly recommend you to try Cloud 9 Fiji. They served mainly Wood-fired pizza and seafood platter. All the food were good! Do also try out their tropical cocktails 🍹 💰FJD 50-150 per person 📍Cloud 9, Ro Ro Reef, Mamanuca Islands, Fiji I would also suggest you to visit Suva (Capital City)🏙️. Suva is the cultural and political heart of Fiji. You can also explore the Fiji Museum to learn about the country’s rich history, or explore the Thurston Gardens. You may also visit vibrant markets, colonial architecture, and try out local eateries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍Suva, Viti Levu, Fiji Besides, I would also suggest you to explore Nadi. It is a bustling town and a gateway to Fiji’s islands. You can check out the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple, a vibrant Hindu temple, and also explore the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, which showcases a vast collection of orchids and tropical plants🪴 📍Nadi, Viti Levu, Fiji If you were to visited, you can also check out a restaurant, Tu’s Place. The environment was very good and they serve fijian curry, grilled fish, lovo (Fijian-style barbecue). All the food was delicious 😍😍😍 💰FJD 30-70 per person 📍 Queens Road, Martintar, Nadi, Fiji Last but not least, I would also recommend you to visit Coral Coast. It is famous for its stunning beaches, lush rainforests, and cultural experiences. We visited the Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park and took a river safari along the Sigatoka River to see Fijian villages. It's been a while since I last saw the sea. Today, I want to share with you the number one on my list of hidden island gems: Fiji~ Fiji, known as the "crossroads of the South Pacific", is composed of 333 islands, crossed by the 180-degree meridian, so Fiji is the place where "the first ray of sunshine shines". For me, the most special thing about Fiji, which is known for its sea views, is that besides the sea views, there are many unexpected surprises waiting for you to discover, such as Fiji's national parks, which are definitely more fun than you can imagine~ 1. Poma National Heritage Park Hearing that 80% of the island's area is occupied by the park and it spans 150 kilometers, I can imagine how magnificent it is. The tropical rainforest and coastal forests are flourishing, interspersed with waterfalls of various shapes, just like walking into a wonderland in a fairy tale~ 2. Xinjia Dongjia Shaqiu National Park You would never imagine that right next to the famous Coral Coast, you can still see a desert. This 650-hectare vast sand dune, with rolling hills, is definitely a wonder of island travel! 3. Koroyanitu National Park Different from the two parks mentioned earlier, this place preserves the homeland of the Lautoka people. The locals treat it like they are carefully nurturing a newly hatched bird, guarding the purity of this place. 4. Kolobrzeg Suwas Forest Park Want to see birds that are completely different from those in China? Colchester is a place that the British royal family visited in 2018. The variety of birds here is diverse and will definitely broaden your horizons. 5. Wasari Nature Reserve Do you want a tropical rainforest trip that combines safety and adventure? The Savaari Nature Reserve has hiking trails that allow you to venture deep into the rainforest and greet waterfalls and small animals along the way. Who says going to an island is just about seeing the sea? In Fiji, there's so much more to do~
