This beautiful restaurant is recognised as one of the oldest ( & best) Greek restaurants in Singapore. The facade of the restaurant already made us feel like we are overseas. When we stepped into the restaurant, the ambience and decor immediately transported us to Greece. The private alcove, which we were seated, felt totally Santorini! I love the abundance of natural light from the full-length windows. We were greeted with excellent hospitality by the service crew from the very moment we stepped in. They were friendly, cheerful and helpful. We were new to Greek cuisine and really took us quite a while to decide what to order. Food was great and I loved the dessert, Bougatsa. Crispy on the outside and so creamy inside. It went well with Greek coffee (sketos - no sugar). Greek coffee was milder than Expresso. It sure complimented the sweetness of the dessert. #singaporetrip#food

#singaporetrip This is Singapore’s latest MRT line, the TEL Thomson East-Coast Line and Siglap station is recently open. This station has an unique design because of the artworks displayed here as The Darkness which can be seen across the station at once glance. It is also easily accessible for the students in nearby school to use this station and easily walkable to the bustling Siglap area. Taking public transportation in Singapore is very easy especially for tourists, you can either buy a preloaded transport card or simply just use your credit or debit card and tap on the entrance and exit.

Place: Briyani concepts @ Siglap Location: 27 Upper E Coast Rd, Crescendo Building, Singapore 455211 Briyani Concepts is a high end indian cuisine restaurant serving up authentic briyani and rotis. The fragrance as you walk in the store is wonderful and the taste matches up to the expectation it sets. I had the butter chicken to go with garlic and butter naan as well as a boneless mutton masala biryani. Both of the dishes were so tasteful with nuts and raisins in the biryani which you dont get elsewhere. Even the side dishes were amazing. The restaurant even had a free pani puri event and it was a burst of flavour in the mouth! #familytrips2024 The siglap centre is a shopping mall that is around the siglap area. There are fast food chains there, as well as beauty services here. There are also a few clinics here too. You can also visit the guardian pharmacy, as well as the c's fresh supermarket, just opposite the siglap centre. Our dream destination is to visit Haikou. We would like to visit their qilou old street to try out their night market food there. We would like to stay near there in the future for our family trip. The people and their food there are nice too.
