I love trying different cuisines around the world, since West African food is not commonly found in Hong Kong, I have decided to try Tamba when I was visiting Singapore. Tamba is a tribute to the restaurant owner’s late step brother. It is an initiate restaurant with beautiful decorations that celebrates the vibrant flavours of West African cuisines. (I was told it took nearly 2 years to set up the restaurant and to fine tune the decor) Tamba also offers a wide array of African wine and the South African pinot noir really caught our eyes. What we ordered: - Woodfire Grilled White Pearl Corn - Woodfire Grilled Beef - Sinyea Jollof Rice (the waitress described it was african fried rice) - Shuku Shuku (coconut dessert) I would 100% recommend you to visit if you happen to be in Singapore. It was a last minute booking, and OH MY GOD! I’m so glad I did it! 🙌 I did 0 research and watched 0 videos about Singapore, therefore that might be the reason that I fell in love with it! 😍 It was a short explore but I made the most out of it! It took me 20k steps to see all of this in one day! 👣 Singapore is very modern and developed country. Streets are super clean, transportation is very accessible and convenient, great choice of food and drinks! Amazing architecture and combination of cultures! Littering is illegal. Vaping is illegal. Chewing gums are illegal. People are very friendly and welcoming! However, there is one thing I heard about Singapore many times! 🧐 IT IS PRICEY. Let me tell you —> yes it is! It really depends on your preferences of what you like to spend on, where do you like to eat and drink or what. A ride on a subway could be anywhere around 1-2 SGD. A meal in a mall food court could be anywhere between 15-30 SGD. A cocktail in a fancy rooftop - around 30 SGD. If you ask me, it was totally worth it! Singapore is a city of contrasts. It is a diverse melting pot of cultures, with people from all over the world calling it home. I recently had the opportunity to visit Singapore, and I was blown away by its beauty and diversity. I started my trip in Chinatown, where I wandered through the narrow streets and explored the temples and shops. I then made my way to Little India, where I was greeted by the sights and sounds of India. I ate my way through the food, sampling everything from samosas to curries. Of course, no trip to Singapore would be complete without seeing Kampong Glam and the Merlion, the iconic statue of a lion-headed mermaid. I took a walk along the waterfront and snapped a few photos of the Merlion. Then, I headed to Garden by the Bay, where I was amazed by the Supertrees, the towering vertical gardens. Singapore is an expensive city to visit, but there are a few things you can do that are free. For example, like visiting all the quarters and seeing the unique architecture, taking a walk along the Singapore River, or visit the Marina Bay Sands, the iconic hotel and casino complex. One of the best things about Singapore is its food scene. There are restaurants serving food from all over the world, but I recommend eating at one of the many food halls. This is a great way to sample different cuisines and get a taste of the city's diversity. If you're looking for a city that is both modern and historic, diverse and exciting, then Singapore is the place for you. I had a chance to visit Merlion right before it was closed for maintainence. There was a lot of people visiting this famous place. It was a memorable trip to Singapore for me. Even the weather was quite hot but still i enjoy the trip very much. You will have to walk a lot in Singapore but a fun experience for me to discover this small country within few days. #singaporetrip When traveling around in Asia hard not come over a layover in Singapore. We had a 48 h layover in Singapore a few weeks ago and decided to try and eat as much good food as possible. And Singapore never disappoints me !! Noodles is one of my favorite food so I was in for a treat when arriving in Singapore. We also had the change to eat some Indian food while walking the streets in Little India. Sadly my battery on my phone die on my first day - just in time for us to visit the Garden by the bay. But in highlight - maybe it was for the best? Now I truly for you enjoy the Garden and the show without focusing on getting a photo!! On our last day we decided to go to the airport Early…. the airport has so much to offer so it’s silly to stay at the hotel room! I have been to Singapore a few times but it seem like I can never get enough of this city!

Quiet river side. You can see people practice dragon boat here. From river side, you can walk all the way to Marina Bay, enjoy the fresh air and beautiful landscape. A round from river side to stadium, Marina Bay , Singapore flyer and back to kallang river park takes two hours. Do get yourself well prepared. overall this place is amazing. recommended! #citywalk

Decided to catch my lunch today at Woodleigh Mall. And I saw A&W!! And of cos must have it! Haha not every mall has A&W ok! So die die must eat A&W!! I ordered the chicken set without much expectation but surprising the taste of the fried chicken really surprised me. As the fried chicken has a very old school taste.❤️after my lunch while walking around the mall I found this little cafe hidden inside FairPrice supermarket! The Cappuccino that was served to me the coffee art was so beautiful and I love the coffee cup too look small but is deep. And the coffee taste really good too! I tried to drink so slow that the coffee art is still intact after I have finished my coffee. Lol. Will come for more coffee next time ❤️❤️🤭#foodie

Have been living in MacPherson for about 6 years but now then we finally step in to NoM cafe to try out they food. Really love the icecream chocolate fudge cake not too sweet and not too moist the cake soft point is just enough and very yummy. Wanted to try their durian cake but sold out. Carbonara look simple but the taste is nice! Same too mushroom soup and their garlic bread. However, if they can use dory fish instead of sea bass for the fish and chip will be better because the sea bass meat has a solid taste and the meat is abit tough. Sanook Thai has one of the best Thai Food Restaurants chains in Singapore certified Halal. Ordered their tomyam mama noodles pot to try, it’s such a huge pot with full of ingredient in it like prawns, squid , clams, mussels and fish. The tomyam Mama pot is so savoury and spicy on level. Another to recommend will be the Prawn Cake, can bite till the prawn and not just paste only ! #mysgmemories I have been wanting to try Bulgogi Syo for some time. So one Saturday afternoon, we went to Woodleigh Mall and saw that the queue at the restaurant was not long. Thus, off we went to eat. We ordered the pork combo which consisted of seaweed rice, jigaee, pork ribs, pork collar etc. The highlight was that they will use flame to touurch the food. The door served were very yummy. Would like to try their other food next time.

Located at the west, it is a relatively quiet place suitable for strolls especially near sunset time. You can also see yatch and the johor area from here as well. Wonderin' what place to visit while in Singapore? Why not take a trip down to Haji Lane in Bugis ~ one of Singapore's unique streets painted with colorful murals. This colorful and vibrant street is filled with a variety of boutiques, clothing shops, cafes, cafeterias, bars and of course IG-worthy walls. We flew to Singpore from Thailand and visited almost all tourist attractions. On our first day, we went straight here and had breakfast at a local restaurant and the food was the best (wish I could try it here in Thailand). To our dismay, we hadn't had the chance to explore more of this vibrant place, because the weather did not cooperate and we were forced to go back to our hotel. Siloso Beach Resort is a unique eco-resort that's great for a family or couple staycation in Singapore. The Resort was founded in 2006 and is the only eco resort residing on the beautiful island of Sentosa. Nestled within its lush foliage surrounding and overlooking the breath-taking South China Sea, Siloso Beach Resort hosts a wide range of accommodations including sea-facing rooms, family rooms, roof garden suites and uniquely-designed villas. The pool is still as lovely as I remembered it. It's huge and has a very resort feel with the surrounding trees. Siloso Beach Resort is located before the Siloso Beach front, so the resort is just a very short walk from the beach. It's also great that the resort is only about a five-minute walk from the Sentosa Express's Beach Station. It's convenient to take the monorail to Resort World Sentosa for the wider option of eateries and attractions there. #singapore #silosobeach #silosobeachresort
