One of the highlights was watching the elephants. They were so huge and gentle. Next, I spotted some zebras hanging out in the grass. Their black and white stripes look even more stunning in real life! They were just chilling and grazing. But the proboscis monkeys were probably the funniest animals I saw. Their long noses and pot bellies make them look so unique! They were swinging from tree to tree with so much energy. It’s crazy how agile they are despite their size. #singapore Other than learning more about animals and doing ranger buddies quest I think the thing kids are looking forward to is play time at KidzWorld In Singapore Zoo! Which is the play tree and splish splash. The play tree resembles a huge tree house which includes, slides, swings, trampoline and a few climb elements suitable for young children. There are small obstacle course too. The splish splash is a huge area for kids to walk into water fun. Parents, remember to bring a change of clothes. I wish I was a kid again, newly opened playground with such a nice view and so much more animals to learn about.

#singapore I had the opportunity to visit the newly opened KidzWorld in Singapore Zoo at Mandai. It is also the Home of the Ranger Buddies! Ranger Buddies is a programme by the Mandai wildlife reserves catered for children to learn more about animals through missions and quests. Now that the Kidzworld is completed, children can now go on real missions via the Ranger Buddies Quest, since for the last few years it was just watching videos virtually produced by Mandai. I saw that you rent a binoculars where they can learn more about everything with a smart binoculars. Ranger Buddies Quest is only available on weekends, public holidays and school holidays.

I love to take my children to the zoo, seeing it on site is more real and impressive than seeing it in books! #singapore Everyone come on down to the Singapore Zoological Gardens! This place is a must for parents with children. The enclosures are safe and very well-kept. The zoo tram bears an additional cost to our entrance tickets but do make this purchase if you are travelling with young children or elderly. Hop up and down at the different areas and take a rest from walking while you take a closer look at the enclosures. Time yourself well so as not to miss the shows! Especially if you like an engaging and interactive one. There is a petting zoo area for children where goats are free to run! Within the park, my son loved the carousel and playgrounds the most. Had a really fun family day to the singapore zoo last weekend. The weather was forgiving but do remember to bring along a mini fan and sunblock 🤭. Tips: do follow the feeding time and you will get to see the animals in action. I especially love watching the african painted dogs during their feeding session. The animals in the zoo were really active during my visit. Food is convenient too. #animals #zoo

Fun day for whole family at the singapore zoo. Do prepare portable fan or you can hop on the tram which moves around the zoo. There are various show times as well. Do check out the shows. And the feeding time. Feeding time is the best time to watch the animals in action. I especially love watching the feeding time for the african painted fox. The zoo is also well kept and clean.
