In 2005, the Gwangjin house was designated as a nationally registered cultural property No. 183. The area around Seungsung-dong was an area where the upper classes lived during the Japanese occupation. And it was once run as a cloth shop. It was originally a Gwangjin house built by a wealthy businessman in Gwangjin. Later, it was owned by the president of (former) Hunan Milling Company Li Yonggu (transliteration). Today, it is an asset belonging to Korean Milling Mills. Many Korean movies and TV dramas such as "The General's Son", "Fist of the Wind", and "Old Thousand" were filmed here. The Hirotsu family house is a high-end residential form of modern Japanese samurai. It is a one- or two-story wooden building. The roof, exterior wall, interior, and Japanese garden are all maintained in the original appearance at the time of establishment, which is of great value in the history of architecture.
