#MarchGoodPlaces2025 Xiziwan is a great place to enjoy the sea view in Kaohsiung. There is a tunnel here that leads to the National Sun Yat-sen University campus and Xiziwan Beach. The tunnel is 260 meters long, 6 meters wide, and 3.6 meters high. There are imitation stone arches at both ends of the tunnel. I don't know how many times I have been here, but it was only after participating in the Shoushan deployment activity that I realized there is a different world inside this tunnel. There is an entrance at the foot of the mountain on the other side of Shoushan, which is the entrance to this activity. The main door is a thick iron blast door. Entering the tunnel, you will find that it leads to many places. This is an air-raid shelter for refuge in wartime. All the daily necessities and medical resources needed in wartime are available here. I couldn't tell east, west, south, or north from the inside of the tunnel. When I walked out of the exit, I found myself in the middle of the Xiziwan Tunnel. Why didn't I notice or discover this door on the wall of the tunnel when I came to the Xiziwan Tunnel before?
