It contains grated yuzu peel, which goes well with the yellowtail💕 The fatty winter yellowtail was accented with a wasabi sauce, which was delicious😋 ✔Seasonal soup The turnip potage has a gentle flavor and is comforting. The deliciousness of the turnip is tightly condensed, sweet and creamy💗 I ate it all in no time! ✔Grilled vegetables, steak You can also have the meat served at dinner for lunch. The meat is soft and juicy. It's 100g, but it's a good amount and I was satisfied🥰 I'm glad they ask how I like to cook it! You can enjoy seasonal vegetables, and the mugwort gluten was chewy and delicious 😋 The dipping sauces are homemade ponzu, crystal salt, wasabi, smoked salt, and miso sauce, and they get thicker from right to left, so it's recommended to eat them in that order 🙆♀️ I especially liked the smoked salt!
