Akira is a coffeeshop in old Songdo. It's on a street with many other cafes and this one stands out as it's one decorated in a lovely calm Japanese style. There are both outdoor and indoor seating and the decor is warm and cozy. I tried the Kyoto style iced which was a refreshing treat for a warm day. The staff were also very patient and friendly. It is especially known for its many large cafes. The most famous 'Forest Outings Songdo Branch' is also located here. It's a perfect neighborhood for a cafe tour, making it an ideal driving spot near Seoul and Incheon. I visited the Hanok-style cafe 'Akira' in Songdo Amusement Park and Okryeon-dong. Akira is famous for its bird-shaped signature mark. You can find it throughout the cafe and even on the drink cups. Akira has a very spacious interior and a beautiful exterior, making it a great place for photos. Since it is a large cafe, you don't have to worry about finding a seat even on weekends.
