The distant mountains are layered and shrouded in mist, resembling a fairyland. At this moment, time seems to stand still, and I just want to engrave this shock and beauty in my heart forever. It is not recommended for those with poor physical strength or altitude sickness to go, and it takes two to three hours to climb from the foot of the mountain to the top. I went late in the day. You can go earlier; it seems that the park closes at 10 PM. But standing on the top of the mountain and looking out over the city of Lhasa is truly spectacular.

If you take the bus, you will need to walk 2 kilometers after getting off. 👣The altitude of Lhasa city is about 3600 meters, and the altitude of the top of Nanshan Park is about 4000 meters. It takes about 2 hours to climb to the top from the foot of the mountain along the stone steps. Then you can return a short distance and take another trail on the west side to descend; or you can walk along the ridge for a while and descend from the loop on the far west side, which is a bit farther and mostly dirt road. 🆓Nanshan Park is free of charge, but real-name registration and security checks are required. It takes 1-4 hours to climb from the foot of the mountain to the top depending on the person. This is my second time climbing Nanshan, so it only took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to reach the top.
