We had one of the most luxurious stays at Ascott Star KLCC, and I absolutely loved the interior! One surprise was the toilet amenities, which even included a lip balm, something I’ve never seen before in a hotel. We booked the 2-Bedroom Premier, a spacious 87 sqm apartment with two expansive bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and another with Hollywood twin beds. If needed, a fifth bed can be arranged for an extra charge. The apartment also includes a separate living area, dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it perfect for larger families or groups. The living room’s vibrant hues create a cozy ambiance, while the elegant bathrooms feature APPELLES luxury amenities. One of my favorite perks was the washing machine with a dryer, which made traveling with a baby much easier. The entertainment system with LED TV and plush seating added to the comfort. On top of that, the stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping, making it feel like a home away from home. Star Suites was a last minute accommodation change as we cancelled one of our hotel bookings due to some miscommunication, and what a delightful find it turned out to be. The 1 bedroom apartment was quite decent but the most surprising aspect is that the lower level pool was way better than the rooftop one. 🧳 After a long journey, I finally arrived in Kuala Lumpur, and my accommodation choice was the Star Residence Hotel located in the city center. This is not just a hotel, it is a manifestation of a luxurious lifestyle. 🏨 Hotel Impression 🏨 Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately attracted by its luxurious atmosphere. Founded by Star Hospitality Luxe Sdn Bhd and affiliated with Alpine Return Sdn Bhd, this all-suite hotel reveals exquisite and luxury in every detail. 🛋️ Suite Experience 🛋️ My suite was beautifully designed, modern yet cozy. From the spacious living room to the well-equipped kitchenette, to the advanced bathroom facilities, every aspect showed respect and care for the guests. Standing by the window, the magnificent view of the Petronas Towers was in full sight, and the hustle and bustle of the city seemed within reach. 🍽️ Dining and Shopping 🍽️ The hotel's location is excellent, just 300 meters walk to the Petronas Towers and a 2-minute walk to AK Avenue for shopping. Not only is there authentic cuisine, but also a vibrant nightlife, allowing me to enjoy the pleasure of shopping while exploring the local culture. 🚇 Convenient Transportation 🚇 The convenient transportation of Kuala Lumpur's central business district also added color to my journey. The LRT/subway station is within easy reach, and Grade A office buildings, shopping centers, parks, and convention centers are all around the hotel, making it extremely convenient for both business and leisure. 🌆 Nightlife Exploration 🌆 As night fell, I strolled through the vibrant streets, exploring the nightlife of Kuala Lumpur. From food streets to shopping centers, from cultural activities to entertainment venues, every corner of the city was full of surprises. 📝 Summary 📝 The Star Residence Hotel is not just a place for me to stay, it's more like a gateway for me to experience the luxurious life of Kuala Lumpur. From the carefully designed suites to the convenient location, to the rich and colorful surrounding environment, all of this made my journey unforgettable. #kualalumpurhotels Very spacious apartments, about 50-60 sqm, really a lot of space for comfort living with big kitchen and giant bed (2.5-3 meters wide)! I got lucky - apartments was on 51th floor with a fantastic views to Petronas towers. The place was awesome. Like home made our stay the most memorable one. Top notch service. Very friendly staff and so so helpful. Highly recommended to book with likes home. My entire family loved it. Words cant describe it. You have to stay to experience it. World class. Mind blown. More incredible panoramic city views you will get from the rooftop swimming pool and terrace. Perfect location - in ~10 mins walking there are Petronas twin towers, Suria KLCC luxury mall, Avenue K mall and the LRT station. If you're interested in keeping fit the Star Suites is right choice cuz it also has a big gym equipped almost like a professional gym. Excellent location and beautiful facilities everywhere that are well maintained. The guards are also extremely nice and helpful. However, I am extremely shocked and disappointed to find out that there is no garbage recycling here (for paper, glass, cans, plastic bottles etc). I don't think it's acceptable. For now I take my recycling to KLCC mall every couple of days. Certainly hope soon there will be recycling here.

There is a swimming pool on the 6th floor and the top floor, and both have their advantages. The 6th floor pool is large and spacious, and it is great to look at the Petronas Towers while being buried in the forest of buildings, and the rooftop pool is small, but you can comfortably sit on the underwater chair and enjoy the night view of the towers. The gym equipment is also top-of-the-line, made by Life Fitness, and the experience of running while looking at the water in the pool is unforgettable. It consists of two 69-story buildings, and the residence and hotel are combined. It is less than a 10-minute walk from LRT KLCC Station, and there are grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants on the first floor, which is convenient. The swimming pools are on the 6th and 69th floors, and the rooftop pool is the best place to view the night view of the Petronas Towers. The rooms are equipped with a built-in washing machine with a dryer, an induction stove, and a large refrigerator, and the high ceilings and suites are very comfortable to use.
