Milan is an exciting but expensive city (especially compared to other Italian cities). I stayed here for just 2 days, but I managed to walk around almost the entire city… and spend nearly all my money 😅 My three-star hotel near the central train station cost a little over €100 per night! 📍Places I managed to visit: 1. Duomo di Milano – it’s better to buy your ticket online. I recommend taking the stairs instead of the elevator — there are usually no queues. 2. Pinacoteca di Brera 3. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II 4. Navigli district 5. Eataly and Bosco Verticale 6. Castello Sforzesco 7. Starbucks Reserve Roastery: prices are higher than in regular cafés, but the interior is really interesting. 🚇How to get around the city: Public transport isn’t very cheap either. A daily metro ticket costs around €3. Starbucks Reserve® Roastery Milano Via Cordusio, 1, 20123 Milano MI The most fancy Starbucks, located in Milan city center. With a grand entrance and out door seat available, if it’s too crowded, queuing up is needed, luckily not for me this time. Heading in, you will first see some souvenirs, such as T-shirts, cups, notebooks, of course coffee beans, capsules and powder are available. Go to the right hand side, you can find the cashier, quite a long line, but worth it to try in such grand Starbucks. There were so racial edition at this specific store, try them out or even do your own specific order! The seats around the barista are reserved, they will serve coffee and make the coffee right in-front of you. While I just order special edition and a pastry to find our own seats around the store, there are lots of seats, but with the large amount of customers, so you have to wait a while. Restroom is at the basement, seats are available at 1st and 2nd floor, enjoy your cup of coffee !

It is located in 1 Via Cordusio, 20123 Milano, and is open daily from 0730-2200, a minute walk from Cordusio metro station ( Line 1 ). Opened in September 2018 at the historic building ( the Post Office), with some tables on the terrace to enjoy the bustle of the city while you are comfortably seated under elegant gazebos that recall aviaries. The airy interior with high ceilings and stunning mosaiced marble floor that is handicafted in the traditional Palladianan style. Visitors can spend hours wandering around the machine, souvenirs to bring home, and then order a cup of drink and a piece of cake to enjoy the atmosphere.

I love going to Starbucks around the world! one of my favourite was the The Starbucks Reserve Roastery Milan Italy. It had many different types of items to purchase and most of all a huge variety of food to choose from! I’ve always wanted to try Marittozi! Which is an Italian sweet brioche like bun, filled with light whipped cream. The day was super hot so it was very satisfying, it helped me cool down. with that I also took a shot of espresso! YumYum! I took the time to visit Starbucks Reserve Roastery during my trip to Milan. If you thought it was just an ordinary store just by hearing the name "Starbucks", you would be very mistaken. This is not just a place to drink coffee, but a "space to experience coffee" itself. ✨ ✅ A quaint building with history ✅ A unique space where you can see the roasting machine and open kitchen ✅ A variety of coffee, cocktail, and dessert menus 🥂 Space & Atmosphere As soon as I entered the entrance, I was overwhelmed by the magnificent interior. The quaint Milanese architecture and the modern Starbucks interior are exquisitely harmonized. The roasting facility is located right inside the store, so you can see the coffee beans being roasted right before your eyes, and feel the essence of Starbucks, which is serious about coffee. There are many bar seats, and in addition to coffee, there are various cocktails and tea menus, so it is a good place to enjoy leisurely. (However, be careful because seats fill up quickly during popular times!) ☕️ Coffee & Menu Here, you can experience special coffee menus and local limited drinks that you can't usually find in stores. I ordered a cold brew-based drink and dessert, and the deep flavor and balance of the coffee were excellent. The desserts were also of high quality, so I recommend the "coffee + dessert" set. Besides a wide variety of delicious coffees, the store also offers tiramisu, Italian-style sandwiches, and pizza, bringing a true Italian touch to the experience. While sipping my coffee, I struck up a conversation with an Italian barista, who explained how the machines work. I jokingly mentioned that I had also been to the Shanghai Roastery, and although the design styles are different, I love them both. #celebratewithtrip Milan Starbucks Reserve Roastery opened in September 2018 in 1 Via Cordusio, 20123 Milano, a minute walk from Cordusio metro station ( Line 1 ). Siphon brewing first step is to heat up the volume of water atop a heater. Once the water heats up, an upper vessel with a coffee filter is added, tilted at an angle to let the water continue to heat. Water is close to boiling, the top vessel goes on for real and you can watch the boiling from the bottom vessel get pushed upwards through the filter to the cooler climate of the upper vessel. As the bottom vessel near boiling out the remaining water, coffee grounds are stirred into the top vessel. With impeccable timing removes the entire Siphon from heat just as the bottom vessel finishes boiling out of water and then a vacuum takes over with the cooling air condensing steam into water, pulling the coffee through the filter in the top vessel and landing in the bottom vessel residue-free. It produces the best vibrant coffee, the coffee aroma is more intense and less acidic, with no trace of coffee grounds left in the bottom.
