#australiatrip The war memorial was gorgeous. Not only is the monument and pond surrounding it beautiful and informative but the view is exceptional. Try sitting around the edge of the seating area surrounding the monument itself and talking. No matter how far from someone you are, as long as you’re on the same bench, you can hear them even in a whisper. Once you’ve seen the monument grab a drink and something to eat close by then head to the fence behind the memorial and check out the view which goes on for miles all the way to the other end of Kings Park. Bring a hat and sunnies on a hot day, it’s accessible for all, so get along and check it out!
