They say your Baguio tour is not complete without having to try strawberry picking. Of course, we did not let the chance slip and went to La Trinidad Strawberry farm to experience picking fresh strawberries. The farm is located not far from the city, will just take 20-30mins taxi/jeepney ride from the city center. There is no entrance fee to get to the farm but the price of the freshly picked strawberries is 600-800php which is higher than the actual cost of strawberries if you buy them in shops. But what you are paying for is actually the experience. You will pay by the kilo, so not bad. Outside the farm, there are lots of pasalubong shops as well were you can buy strawberries at a lower price and other items which Baguio City is known for. There are stalls whee you can buy strawberry ice cream, local snacks, refreshments etc. Definitely an experience which you should not miss when in Baguio City.

Strawbery Farm cant just be off your itinerary when coming to Baguio City, though technically located in the neighbor city capital of Benguet, La Trinidad, a 20 minute ride from Baguio citadel ain't gonna hurt. Highly suggested to visit strawberry season during March to May. Hectares of strawberries and different vegetables - lettuce, sayote, purple yam, etc are in store. Strawberry ice cream, jam, jellies and souvenir items are available in many kiosks nearby, moreover a stunning gigantic strawberry statue that surely will create you a ig worthy, picturesque strawberry - vibe. DESTINATION : STAWBERRY FARM Getting There - From our Hotel spot located at Burham Hotel, we drove 30 mins. There is a slight traffic when you go this place but I can assure you will going to enjoy and love this place Attractions - The main attraction is the strawberry itself, aside from that is the fresh lettuce. They have hectares of strawberry and lettuce crops. You have an option for strawberry picking for the amount of Php 800 for 1KG. Food & Restaurants - You should try the strawberry taho and ice cream als the ube taho. They also sell a lots of fresh fruits like oranges, white strawberries and green mangoes. Shopping - They also sell different souveniers like keychains, bags, wallet, tshirts and other kitchen stuff. They also sell strawberry jam and ube jam. I highly recommend this place for the couples, family, children and to everyone. You will definetely enjoy the views, foods and the very cold weather. We visited the Strawberry Capital of the Philippines called Strawberry farm. It has a large plantation of Strawberries with 79.49 hectares. It is also the most visited tourist destination in Baguio. This located were too far from the City and the address is at Strawberry Farm, Swamp Area, La Trinidad, Benguet. You may also enjoy strawberries and strawberry shakes around the area. There are a lot of stores as well that you can buy souvenirs for your loved ones and friends. You will also enjoy the scenery of the strawberry farm with strawberries which are color red and are really sweet and delicious.
