Recommended routes:
• Day 0: Arrive in Sabah, take a rest, and prepare climbing equipment.
• Day 1: Depart from the foot of the mountain and take 4-8 hours to reach Laban Rata or Panar Laban accommodation halfway up the mountain.
• Day 2: Set out in the early morning, climb to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise, and then return down the mountain.
