The Suzhou railway station is located in the heart of the city, and is easily accessible using the metro, bus or taxi. Checking in and going through security is fairly simple, but please note that they only allow you onto the platform up to ten minutes before your train leaves. Sometimes even five minutes, so please do be careful. Once on the train, is it a very comfortable ride to Shanghai which lakes about 35 minutes.
