Recommend going up the back mountain via Yungu and down the front mountain, as the uphill road from the Ciguang Pavilion on the front mountain seems to have more stairs.) 📋Bring hot water and tissues in winter. Before this weekend, the leaves hadn't turned red yet, and after this weekend, the rice 🌾 would be harvested. Route: 🚅By High-Speed Rail: Huangshan North or Yixian East, with Yixian East being more convenient as there are direct buses to Hongcun right outside the station, costing CNY 8 per person. From Hongcun to Tachuan, you can walk or rent a small electric scooter 🛵. 🚗By Car: Navigate directly to Tachuan. There are both paid and free parking lots. We chose a natural parking lot at the village entrance, costing CNY 25 for unlimited parking, which was very convenient. ✨Self-driving is highly recommended, as the fall scenery along the way is also beautiful and not to be missed. 🎄Accommodation and Outfit: We went to Bishan Village that night and didn't stay in Tachuan, so you can plan your itinerary accordingly. ✨Outfit suggestion: Bright and vibrant colors look best in photos. 📸Best Photo Spots: 🌲Ancient Trees at the Village Entrance: There is a row of ancient trees with an average age of 260 years at the village entrance, known as the "Five Towering Trees" in Tachuan. These towering ancient trees, despite their swaying shadows, are still full of vitality, as if telling stories of the past. Walking among them gives a sense of tranquility and relaxation, reminiscent of childhood. ☕Tachuan Coffee Shop: The coffee shop itself is very photogenic. A short walk from the entrance offers a great view of an autumn ink painting, with golden rice fields, distant mountains, and interspersed tallow and sweetgum trees. A casual shot can look like a masterpiece. 🏞️Tachuan Viewing Platform: There is a high viewing platform in the village, requiring a walk up a stone staircase.
