However, there are many people taking photos and checking in here. If you only visit the ancient town, you can walk through the main street in 1–2 hours. It is said that the night is the highlight of Taihu Ancient Town. There are intangible cultural heritage iron flower performances and fireworks shows in the river near Shengdao Warehouse. At that time, the viewing positions in the waterfront restaurants will be very popular. The Fireworks Tower Hotel is built by the water, and the rooms facing the water should be able to enjoy the fireworks show and the intangible cultural heritage iron flower performance without leaving the house. Transportation Guide: To go to Taihu Ancient Town from the urban area of Huzhou, take bus No. 4 at Chengtu Square next to Dongwu International to the Longzhimen Diamond Hotel, the terminal station. The journey takes 30–40 minutes. After getting off the bus, walk 700–800m to reach the destination. As we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the 11-meter-high, 2,000-square-meter lobby, which even has some rare golden tigers! The kids were so excited to see these animals, which they usually only see on TV, and pointed at them through the glass walls. At breakfast, we enjoyed delicious food while gazing out at the shimmering Taihu Lake and the lush mountains through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The closest hotel to the ski resort is Happy World Hotel, which is across the street. This time I chose the Diamond Hotel, which is a ten-minute drive from the ski resort. ⏰Business hours: 9:30-22:30 (ticket checking stops at 20:30). 💰Price: Three hours, 330 yuan without equipment, 380 yuan with equipment.
