Taiji Cave is a place that you can’t miss if you are in the city of Anhui. The whole visit, including walking around and taking pictures should last between 2 to 3 hours. Taiji Cave formed about 200 million years ago so don’t leave Anhui without seeing this wonderful creation of nature. The colourful lighting enhances the details of the cave. On summer months, the cool temperature inside is a nice escape from the heat. Exploring this caves is not as demanding as the ones in Zhangjiajie so it is a more relaxing exploration and you don’t need to be extremely fit. It was a trip to Xuancheng, China 🇨🇳 It is located in the southeast of Anhui Province, is a city rich in cultural heritage and natural beauty. During our visit, we explored several picturesque spots that we highly recommend for photography enthusiasts 📸 Our journey began at the Longchuan Scenic Area, an ancient village nestled in a small basin, surrounded by towering mountains ⛰️ This village has been home to the Hu family for about a thousand years and is the birthplace of former Chinese President Hu Jintao. The best time to visit is early morning ⛅️ when the soft light illuminates the traditional architecture and the serene natural surroundings, providing a tranquil atmosphere for photography ✨ 📍Longchuan Village, Jixi County, Xuancheng, Anhui Province We also explored Jing Ting Mountain ⛰️ a place celebrated by ancient poets for its breathtaking scenery. Let me tell you about Taiji Cave. You have to pay extra for the elevator out of the cave. It claims to have broken a Guinness World Record, but it's only 20m long. On closer inspection, it's a Shanghai Great World Guinness Record. I was so mad I laughed. There were bats flying at us. Some people said it was a good omen, but I was terrified. The cable car only has a front guardrail, and is completely hollow. I was amazed. I asked the staff how to get on, and she said we just had to stand in a line, and not to ask so many questions. She was right. When the cable car came, we all sat down. Let me tell you about the photo opportunities in the scenic area. If you follow the guide, you'll pass a photo spot. I think it's CNY 20. It's very commercial. The guy was very annoying. If you don't want to take a photo, just keep walking. It's the way to the exit. The audio guide return point is also ahead. Finally, if you want to see karst caves, I recommend Shanjuan Cave. The scenery is similar, but you can also see a wild man performance. The experience is much better.

The Guangde Taiji Cave in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province is known as the Four Musts in the World. The annual temperature in the cave is between 18-22°. Before and after the New Year's Day, the temperature in the Tai Chi Cave is absolutely comparable to the temperature around 0 degrees outside the cave.
