Choosing the right spot makes every photo look great🖤 This is my second visit to Nanmei Chunshi inside the art museum. I ordered the egg waffles again. Previously tried the strawberry flavor and fell in love instantly! This time, I opted for the summer mango. The crispy edges of the egg waffles paired with vanilla custard, and topped with Juan Wei's sea salt milk ice cream. Too hot to go anywhere? I highly recommend visiting the art museum to enjoy the air conditioning and explore the exhibitions. When you're tired, head to the café on the 5th floor for some desserts. You can easily spend an entire afternoon there. 😌 I think the Tainan Art Museum is fantastic! From July 1st, you can use the same ticket twice before the end of the year. And I just found out that one ticket grants access to both buildings. The blue storefront with cute illustrations will make passers-by stop and admire it. The ice cream is rich and delicious, and the flavor is different every week. You can check IG first to confirm. The Jinxuan I ate that day had a light tea flavor and was not too sweet. Recently, due to the introduction of Korean celebrities, there are often long queues. It is recommended that you do not go too late to avoid the flavors being sold out.

Thomas Ames Museum Taiwan's old buildings have been transformed into art museums. There are 2 buildings in total. The first is Thomas Ames Museum 1. This used to be a police station during the Japanese occupation. It was built in the Art Deco style, featuring red bricks. After 90 years, it has been transformed into a museum and art gallery. It is intended to be a place to gather art in Tainan. It is considered an important historical site because it is one of the few Japanese police stations that Taiwan still preserves. Leaving Building 1, walk along the road for less than five minutes and you will see Building 2, 𝐓𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟐. This is a modern building with a white color that is easy on the eyes. It is a building with a modern and stylish design with a pentagonal roof on top, which was inspired by the Royal Poinciana, the city tree of Tainan. It is a collaboration between Joe Shih Architects & Associates of Taiwan and Shigeru Ban Architects of Japan. The area is about 2,500 square meters.
