#Good Places in June 2024
Taipei Underground Mall is a unique attraction in Taiwan's capital city. It is located in the center of Taipei, spanning multiple MRT stations and business districts, providing convenient shopping and transportation connections. I was lucky enough to visit here and deeply experience its prosperity and diversity.
First of all, the main area of Taipei Underground Mall is located near the Taipei MRT Station, connecting several important MRT stations such as Taipei Main Station, Zhongxiao Xinsheng, and City Hall. You can easily walk into the underground shopping mall from Taipei Main Station, or directly enter the surrounding business district from any exit in the underground shopping mall. The transportation here is very convenient, whether it is MRT, bus or taxi, tourists can easily reach it.
After entering the underground mall, the first thing you see are numerous shops, gourmet shops and clothing stores. There are various types of shops here, from fashion to traditional crafts. Visitors can find a variety of products here, such as clothing, shoes, handbags, cosmetics, jewelry, etc., as well as some unique authentic snack bars that provide Taiwanese traditional cuisine and international dining options.
In addition to shopping and food, the underground street also has multiple rest areas and cultural exhibition spaces. For example, some areas have stages set up to regularly hold various performances and cultural activities, such as concerts, dance performances and fashion shows, attracting many audiences and tourists. In addition, there are some art installations and exhibitions, allowing visitors to appreciate the charm of Taiwan's contemporary art while shopping and relaxing.
While shopping in the underground streets, I also discovered some unique places, such as unique Taiwanese handicraft stores and art galleries, which showcased the works and creativity of local artists. These places not only showcase Taiwan’s cultural heritage, but also promote the creative vitality of local artists and designers.
To sum up, my travel experience in Taipei’s underground shopping malls was very rich and meaningful. This is not only a paradise for shopping and food, but also an important place to experience Taiwan's contemporary culture and art. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this vibrant and vibrant place again in the future and continue to explore its diversity and charm.
