Free attractions you don't know about - Taipei Hotel
📍Location: No. 1, Ketagalan Boulevard, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City
🏘️Introduction: Built in 1901 (Meiji 34). It was originally the governor's residence, but it was also a place for receiving and entertaining distinguished guests and royal family members. In order to win over the Taiwanese people at that time, the Japanese government would also invite ordinary civilians into the official residence during certain holidays or events. After the restoration, it was briefly used as the official residence of the Chairman of the Taiwan Provincial Government, and was renamed Taipei Hotel in 1950. In addition to tourism, the Taipei Hotel is also used by visiting foreign envoys.
🎟️Tickets: Free
⏲️Opening hours: Limited opening, please contact the official website
🥰Experience: When people come to Taipei to play, they often go to the National Palace Museum, art galleries, museums, etc., but ignore the Taipei State Guesthouse, a beautiful place that is free to visit. It is still used to receive foreign guests. The photos you take there are simply too many to post. I highly recommend everyone to go there to take photos.
