It was noon that day⏰, the sun was blazing☀️, and it took me about 45 minutes to walk up from the lower palace⏳. It was really a sweaty climb to the main palace, but the view of the entire Seto Inland Sea🌊 was well worth it.
.
It was a bit foggy 🌫️ and quite cloudy ☁️ that day, so I couldn’t see very clearly in the distance 🔭. Also, there were a lot of people at that time 👥, so I had to overcome all difficulties to take these selfies without the crowds 📸.
.
Transportation:
Actually, there is a shuttle bus to the top of the mountain on weekends, but I didn’t take it because I needed to rush. It only takes more than ten minutes to get to the top of the mountain by taxi 🚖, but I don’t think it’s cost-effective if I’m traveling alone 💵.
.
Important Tips💡:
When I was going down the mountain, I saw a Taiwanese couple 👫 going up the mountain. They were the ones who were with me at the bottom of the mountain before. I asked them curiously, and it turned out that they had originally planned to take the shuttle bus to the top of the mountain, but the shuttle bus required tickets 🎫, and it was full at that time, so they had no choice but to walk up directly. So if you want to buy tickets, you must do it early! Otherwise you have to walk for 45 minutes to get up. I originally thought it was okay, as you can enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way🏞️, but it turns out that the road has a lot of bumpy mountain roads, which are a bit rugged and not easy to travel on, so if you can take a car, it is best to take a car😂.
.
Shooting time:
The best time is at dusk🌆, because it is located in the west, you can see the magnificent scenery of the entire sunset, but I have to go to Parents Shore at dusk. In fact, these two places are very close, so if you are traveling by car, you might as well arrange to visit the two places and then catch the sunset.
.
Note✍️:
On the way up the mountain, I saw many Japanese people coming down the mountain. Almost everyone said "こんにちは" to me, which made me feel very friendly. This is the cultural difference🌐.
