Here, you get good quality hand made udon and you get to choose if you want it dry or with soup. I highly recommend their Sanuki beef with onsen egg soup udon. Their soup broth is comforting and flavourful, with a hearty amount of meat. For a dry udon version, their mentai ebiko dry udon is truly amazing. Pair your udon with some nicely fried tempura and it's the best combo. That nice crunchy exterior that is fried to a nice golden brown, you will love their Tempura.
