Tamsui at dusk is so beautiful that you won't want to blink. The old street is not just bustling but also has a subtle nostalgic feel. Visiting occasionally feels like meeting an old friend, warm and familiar.

As soon as you step out of Tamsui MRT Station, you'll find a spacious park with a long and wide walking path along the river, perfect for walking or biking. The beautiful scenery along the riverside makes it a great place to spend a quiet time, and visiting during sunset offers an even more emotional atmosphere. 📝 My Experience: The park is conveniently located right outside Tamsui Station. The long walking path along the riverside is great for a leisurely walk, and renting a bike makes it even more refreshing! The river is right next to the path, allowing you to enjoy a serene atmosphere with a cool breeze. On clear days, the sunlight sparkling on the river is stunning. Especially, walking along the riverside during sunset feels like being in a movie.

You can feel Taiwan all at once, you just feel it when you go. It's nice to go a couple of hours before sunset, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere by the river until the sunset. The station is also pretty. It seems better to go before the rush hour at sunset, as people start leaving then. The direction to the station is indicated on the subway, so make sure to check before you board. Although the weather wasn't good on the day I went, I liked the tranquil and leisurely atmosphere. I would like to revisit someday to see the sunset.
