I went to Kai Tak recently and found that the restaurants in the mall are not very attractive at the moment. I hope there will be more choices in the future. Dessert lovers must try it 😋 Main dishes: Grilled Iberico Pork with Soy Sauce and Basil Rice It seems that many people in the restaurant choose this staple food, so I gave it a try. The basil rice should be Korean pearl rice, and each grain of rice is plump. The black hairy pork with soy sauce is not too salty, but it would be more delicious if it is dried and a little crispy.
