We chose to order à la carte because there were so many choices. 🌷Lobster Roll The bread was soft and crispy on the outside, and the lobster meat was fresh and sweet with a hint of spiciness. 🌷Crab Cake Each bite was filled with crab meat, and the top and bottom layers were crispy. 🌷Rich Boston Lobster Bisque The bread was topped with lobster meat, and the bread itself was quite firm. The lobster bisque was a rich orange-red color, with a thick texture and a savory, slightly salty taste. 🌷Crispy Suckling Pig with Potatoes The suckling pig skin was thin and crispy, with a layer of melt-in-your-mouth fat that I didn't want to remove.
