To be honest, it's right opposite Mount Fuji, and every room has a view of it, so the price is very cost-effective. I was amazed when I entered the room. The aesthetics of this hotel is exactly what I like. It is a simple style (the bathroom, storage room, and kitchen are all white). The pure white and simple design with the blue sky and Mount Fuji is really beautiful. You can stay here for a whole day. Love it. The sunset and sunrise are so beautiful like a painting 💗 Very beautiful! You won't be disappointed if you stay here when you come to Kawaguchiko. One of the most anticipated hotels in Tokyo, The Garden, has an entire floor that belongs to our penthouse (I believe this hotel is already very famous and needs no introduction). You can enjoy the panoramic view of Mount Fuji without leaving the room. As soon as you step into the hotel room, you don’t want to go out 🥹 The hotel is cost-effective, and the view and location are perfect (7 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station)! But if you want to soak in hot springs, you have to find another place. We stayed in The Suit room, which is the only room in the entire hotel and can accommodate 4-6 people. It is very popular and must be booked in advance. I jogged to the nearby Fujisan Shokupan and bought some super cute Mt. Fuji raw toast and side dishes to prepare for breakfast after watching the sunrise 🗻☁️The raw toast is not only perfect for checking in, but also delicious! After leaving it overnight, the texture is still soft and full of milk flavor. Many people went to Lake Kawaguchiko just for the sake of viewing the Mount Fuji. We are no exception. It was evident from the marketing pictures that Mount Fuji could be viewed from the balcony of this hotel. Sad that luck was not on our side as it rained two days straight when we were there and Mount Fuji was not visible at all. Sobs ! Tips : Check the forecast before coming. Choose a room with a balcony and Mount Fuji view. The room we stayed was Superior Twin and it was awesome ! Kitchenette ✅️. Microwave ✅️. Fridge ✅️. Washer ✅️ Dryer ✅️ Pretty surrounding neighborhood. Cons : 500 metres away from the train station. Definitely walkable but not suitable if you have many suitcases. Getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel was easy but not vice versa. The reception area is so small hence no space for seating chairs. So guests whom had already checked out tends to linger in front of the reception area thus causing traffic to the main door. Hotel looked a lot more prettier in the marketing pictures. When searching for hotels to check in at Mount Fuji, The Garden will definitely appear. Holiday rooms are even harder to find. I was very lucky on this birthday trip to Japan as it coincided with the opening fireworks festival at Kawaguchiko Mountain, and even the last room was booked! The rooms we stayed in for both nights were on the first floor. They were completely white inside and out, with floor-to-ceiling windows and views. As soon as you opened the door, Mount Fuji appeared completely in front of you. The equipment is quite complete, with a microwave and a small kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The room is comfortable but the soundproofing is not very good. Getting up early in the morning and sitting on the balcony to eat the breakfast I prepared, while watching the color of Mount Fuji gradually changing with the sunrise, is very romantic and comfortable. As for the location of the hotel, it is not very convenient. It is quite a distance away from the main street and there are no street lights at night. The hotel has a parking lot, so it would be more convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel also provides bicycles for rent. Thank you for seeing Mt. After landing in Japan, rent a car directly and drive to Lake Kawaguchi. There are many surrounding hotels, mainly Fuji Mountain View Hot Spring Hotel, but when I went in September, the weather was hot and not hot spring season. I looked for a long time and finally chose The Garden hotel. A simple counter to enter, than a hotel feels more like a bed and breakfast instead. Just opened in 2020, focusing on an all-white minimalist style, not many rooms, a total of 3 floors, there is free parking and you can rent your own bicycle. Each room has a terrace, and is facing Mount Fuji, but the disadvantage is that it is quite close to the previous residential house, the privacy is not high 😶🌫️ Except for the large suite on the highest floor, other room types are similar in size, we booked a terrace double room (Mount Fuji view), two double beds, a night price of about 35000 yen💰 The hotel does not have any meals, but the room has a kitchenette, to the nearby convenience store is close, before returning to the hotel to remember to prepare food ~ recommended to stay one night in Mount Fuji, do not intend to stay too long in the hotel can consider it.
