#winhkflight 📍Dome Café, The Gardens Mall Had a shopping spree at the Gardens Mall and decided to have a tea break at Dome Café. The café is located inside the mall, the store is not huge, thus limited seatings are available. We were lucky enough to get a table and seats on a weekend afternoon! The ambiance of the café was cozy and comfortable. The laughters and chatters of patrons made the entire café lively and bubbly. Coffee was freshly brewed, a perfect blend of coffee shots and milk. We ordered their signature chicken pie and it was so good! Chicken pie was well presented, served hot. It was flavourful, chicken pieces was well cooked and tender. Would love to revisit! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

We went to the outlet in The Gardens Mall after the shopping, and it was a wonderful dining experience! The broth is the key factor to a hearty and soul warming hot pot meal, and Beauty in The Pot ace it! Their signature beauty collagen soup was top tier! It was creamy, rich with collagen, and you get to eat something delicious thats nutritious, best of both worlds! Their spicy soup was also a delight for spice seekers! The ingredients used are undeniable top notch, love the shrimp paste! Complimentary dessert (Yuzu shaved ice) which was served after our meal was refreshing and great in cleansing our palate. Would revisit! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food!

They also hosts events like High-pole Lion Dance performance and traditional dance. The crowd gasps and cheers as the lions perform intricate maneuvers, such as standing on hind legs, spinning, or even balancing on a single pole, creating a mesmerizing spectacle. The climax of the performance often involves the lion reaching for a symbolic object, such as a head of lettuce and a red envelope, which is then tossed to the audience, symbolizing the spreading of good fortune. #newyearnewtrip We stumbled upon Mogu Yakiniku at The Gardens Mall while passing through and couldn’t resist stopping when we saw ramen on the menu. Anything ramen, anything Japanese, and we’re in ! The place is a small, vibrant red shop with an extensive menu, leaving us clueless on what to order. Thankfully, the waiter recommended their best seller, Paitan Ramen. When it arrived, the waiter poured the burning hot into the bowl, definitely a wow moment ! The portion was good for two, so we shared, but it was so hot it almost burned our tongues.
