It’s a rare opportunity to go to Hong Kong 101 for a view, so how can you leave without eating? 😎 You can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour from high in the sky and slowly enjoy a leisurely lunch time. It feels quite relaxing. After shopping for a while, we decided to eat home-cooked food. - As soon as you walk through the door, you will find the check-in area. The magnificent corridor with modern elements made me unable to resist taking a short video 📸. The restaurant environment feels stylish, and there is a distance between the seats, making it more comfortable to sit☺️. This time I sat near the window. The environment was beautiful and attractive. We wanted to have some dim sum so we decided to order some food, the tea fee was HKD$38/person. - ▪︎Bird's Nest and Fish Maw Soup HKD$438 The pure white small cup has a small candle to keep the temperature, and every sip is hot and spicy. The soup is quite fragrant, with plenty of fish maw and bird's nest, so it has a rich and chewy texture. - ▪︎Deep-fried XXL oysters HKD$208 One portion is two pieces, golden in appearance and crispy in texture😗. The oysters are quite large and the meat is refreshing and sweet. It is served with sauce, which makes it delicious. - ▪︎Fresh yuzu and taro HKD$258｜Nagasaki pearl onion jelly chicken HKD$348 We ordered two kinds of meat for the main course, and the food was presented exquisitely 🤩. Yuputu is the evolution of sweet and sour pork. The grapefruit sauce is appetizing, the skin is crispy and the meat is tender with a little fat, which makes it fragrant. The raw chicken makes a sizzling sound when you open it. It has a more fragrant taste. The chicken is large and has a rich sauce, and it is eaten mixed with other ingredients. - ▪︎Truffle Morel Dumplings HKD$78｜Gilded Custard Buns HKD$68 I usually like to eat these two dim sum, so I will order them. The truffle dumplings are a combination of crystal clear appearance and rich taste. The custard bun is green in shape and looks special. It tastes very fragrant when eaten hot and spicy 😚. It has a soft and smooth custard texture. - ▪︎Tongque Pineapple Cake｜Beauty-enhancing Red Date Cake HKD$58 The pineapple cake is presented in the shape of a little bird, which makes it look lifelike🐤. It is served in copper porcelain and has a crispy texture and a sweet and sour taste. Jujube cake is also one of my favorite snacks. It has a sweet taste and a soft texture. It is not too sweet so I like it 🤤. - ▪︎Lychee and Pomegranate Juice HKD$98｜Strawberry Daifuku HKD$58 After finishing the food, of course you have to order some dessert. Lychee pomegranate juice is less common, it is pink in appearance 😍, and tastes sour and sweet. When having a dinner with my bestie, we naturally want to go to a fancy place. We went to the newly opened Chinese restaurant, The Kitin, on the 101st floor of ICC. The view of Victoria Harbour from the top was so pleasant while we were dining. The service was impeccable, and we gave them a perfect score of 💯. They took care of every detail during the dinner. Moreover, each dish was unique and had its own special taste 👅. My favorite was the "Steamed Sea Bass with Sichuan Pepper" which had a unique Sichuan flavor, and the "Crispy Abalone with Scallion Oil" which had a rich texture. The "Crispy Fish Maw with Cream and Fish Roe" was also special with its crispy and fragrant fish maw. The dishes here were delicately prepared and diverse in cooking methods. Each dish was a visual and gustatory impact 💢. All four of us were full, but we still managed to finish all the fruits 🍈 at the end 🤪. We plan to come back for the dim sum next time. The high-end atmosphere is definitely worth bringing your parents or partner to experience 🥰.
