It’s a rare opportunity to go to Hong Kong 101 for a view, so how can you leave without eating? 😎 You can enjoy the view of Victoria Harbour from high in the sky and slowly enjoy a leisurely lunch time. It feels quite relaxing. After shopping for a while, we decided to eat home-cooked food. - As soon as you walk through the door, you will find the check-in area. The magnificent corridor with modern elements made me unable to resist taking a short video 📸. The restaurant environment feels stylish, and there is a distance between the seats, making it more comfortable to sit☺️. This time I sat near the window. The environment was beautiful and attractive. Today, I went to this newly opened Chinese restaurant on the 101st floor with my friends. I can really feel the sense of being high above. The 101st floor is also known as Sky Dining 101. It has the famous authentic Robatayaki Inashaya and creative French cuisine Odyssée Creative Dining. The new Cantonese restaurant Qitian is located facing both sides of the Victoria Harbour, with a view of the lights of thousands of homes. The tasting menu is priced at $1,388 per person, with a total of ten dishes. It will change according to the season, so you don't have to worry about only being able to taste a few dishes due to a small number of people. The a la carte menu ranges from over $100 to over $700, including precious ingredients such as A4 wagyu beef, sea urchin, tiger prawns and abalone. Avocado Shrimp Tartar The first appetizer was the caviar, the crystal clear shrimp meat had a peppery taste, and the avocado pieces were hidden at the bottom. It was creamy and a rare taste in the appetizer. Three-color greenhouse tomatoes with Sichuan peppercorns At first glance, it looks quite plain. The three-color tomatoes are affected by different degrees of ripeness, which is quite pleasing to the eye. The sourness gradually turns to sweetness, which is appetizing. The salty taste has the refreshing feeling of vegetables and the amount of oil is a little high. Tai O Prawn Roe and Seaweed Lo Mein Using local Tai O shrimp roe to prepare lo mein really shows the authentic Hong Kong style. The orange shrimp roe is eye-catching and the taste is sweet and rich. When having a dinner with my bestie, we naturally want to go to a fancy place. We went to the newly opened Chinese restaurant, The Kitin, on the 101st floor of ICC. The view of Victoria Harbour from the top was so pleasant while we were dining. The service was impeccable, and we gave them a perfect score of 💯. They took care of every detail during the dinner. Moreover, each dish was unique and had its own special taste 👅. My favorite was the "Steamed Sea Bass with Sichuan Pepper" which had a unique Sichuan flavor, and the "Crispy Abalone with Scallion Oil" which had a rich texture. The "Crispy Fish Maw with Cream and Fish Roe" was also special with its crispy and fragrant fish maw. The dishes here were delicately prepared and diverse in cooking methods. Each dish was a visual and gustatory impact 💢. All four of us were full, but we still managed to finish all the fruits 🍈 at the end 🤪. We plan to come back for the dim sum next time.
