Visit Lin Ben Yuan Mansion and Garden.
Lin Ben Yuan Mansion and Garden is located in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. Built by the Lin Ben Yuan family, it is designed to mimic the Lingering Garden in Suzhou and is the most well-preserved garden architecture in Taiwan. The mansion dates back to 1847 when it served as a rental house for the Lin Ben Yuan family during their northern expansion. It was later expanded by brothers Lin Guohua and Lin Guofang, becoming the family's residence. In 1976, the Lin Ben Yuan family donated the garden portion to Taipei County, and it was first restored and opened to the public in 1986.

Figures 6-7: Yuebo Waterside Pavilion is a place for moon viewing. The crabapple-shaped pond features a double-diamond-shaped water tree connected to the shore by a small bridge, resembling a boat docked at the pier, sparking rich imagination.
Figures 8-13: Laiqing Pavilion was used to entertain and accommodate distinguished guests. It also offers a view of the Rainbow Bridge, which spans across the garden, and the Dingjing Hall, surrounded by a variety of flowers.
