We had a wonderful time at a luxury villa hotel in Bali during Christmas and New Year. Located on Jl. Kajeng at Juwuk Manis in Ubud, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil rice paddy setting, yet conveniently located just 15 minutes from Ubud's city center. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and our butler enthusiastically showed us around the hotel and assisted us with travel arrangements and bookings. The hotel's decor is stylish and modern, while still incorporating traditional Balinese elements, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Our room was spacious, and during our 10-day stay, it felt like our own little mansion. The three-story room was beautifully furnished with excellent natural light and views of the surrounding rice paddies. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathroom with its complete amenities made us fall in love with the place instantly. During our stay, we indulged in the hotel's many services, making it hard to even consider leaving. The massages and bubble baths were incredibly relaxing, and the restaurant's cuisine was a delight. Every meal, from breakfast to afternoon tea, was a true treat. What impressed us most was the personalized service; every detail was carefully considered, making it difficult to say goodbye. Outside the hotel, Ubud's city center offers plenty of attractions. Food lovers should check out Kaukau Restaurant, Padi Restaurant, or Ambar Ubud Bar, all of which serve delicious food. For a relaxing drink, Arcadia Restaurant Ubud is also highly recommended. Of course, no place is perfect. Since the hotel is located amidst rice paddies, getting to the city center requires either a walk or a motorbike ride, which was a bit of a challenge for us timid travelers 😂. However, there is a small disadvantage. Although the motorcycle service is very convenient, if you are not used to riding a motorcycle, you will feel a little inconvenient. After all, it takes a while to walk from the bottom of the mountain to the villa hotel. However, the hotel's shuttle service makes this problem easy.
