Getting There - train from inverness to York Attractions - York minister, the national railway museum. Hotels - stayed at the Principal York. Could not recommend enough! Food & Restaurants - Shopping - great high street. One of the few busy shopping cities. Lots of independent retailers as well as the bigger brands. Also several bookshops and antique shops (my favourite)

When searching for a hotel, you often have to look for one that is beautiful and comfortable, and of course, value for money is important. This hotel has it all. It's right next to York Station, which is super convenient. I didn't expect it to be so beautiful inside. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are enough.

It is across the road from York Railway Station. The environment is unexpectedly good and the transportation is convenient. It is worth staying in. The hotel is very suitable for taking photos and checking in. The service is very good and it is close to York attractions.
