Since I’ve always loved coffee, I’ve gradually figured out a method to discover hidden gem coffee shops through random searches.
While strolling near the Grand Place, I happened to come across this café. Its decor features an extremely minimalist wooden theme with a hint of Japanese style. The baristas, all locals from Belgium, were super friendly.
I rarely drink lattes, but this one stood out—the milk wasn’t too overpowering, and I quite enjoyed it.
Sitting by the window, watching people pass by, I realized how peaceful Brussels was at that moment, with almost no tourists around. It felt like I had successfully blended into the locals' lives and got a glimpse of their truly relaxed lifestyle.
