I went to see the special exhibition "The Realm of the Senses: Experiencing Now" at the National Museum of Art, Osaka in Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture! You can enjoy experiences through your "senses," from exhibits that involve touch and movement, which is a bit unusual during the COVID-19 pandemic, to exhibits that involve visual perception (optical illusions). Shinsaibashi: I love it here. Eat and shop to your heart's content. 🛍️ Nara Park: Very photogenic. Osaka Children's Museum: Free for children under 3, adults need to buy tickets, it's really worth going! You can play all day! Lake Kawaguchi: Every photo is a masterpiece! 📍 Notes: 1. A stroller is a must for family trips! 2. Buy train tickets on-site, online tickets seem to be a bit more expensive. 3. Universal Studios Japan: If you don't go during the weekend peak season, you can just draw a ticket. Get tickets on your phone early in the morning, you can basically make a reservation!

A very nice place to visit for Art lovers I enjoy my time here, looking forward for other exhibitions in the future Exterior architecture of this museum is very unique in addition to it being underground. Great permanent collection and an interesting exhibition on hand during my visit. Definitely worth a visit if you have an hour or two to spare for the arts of Osaka. Cafe and shop inside as well as a free locker room for baggage storage, a media room, and a baby feeding room. There are some spectacular examples of modern Japanese art. It clashes with traditional understandings of Japanese art.
