Sky Cafe
This time, we visited The One in Tsim Sha Tsui to try out this newly opened, stylish cafe 😚. The restaurant features a fresh and bright decor, creating a comfortable ambiance 👍. The interior is adorned with plenty of adorable cat-themed decorations 🐱, making it perfect for taking photos ❤️.
Gathering with a group of friends 😆, we decided to try all the restaurant's recommended dishes ✅. First up was the must-try "Heavenly Five-Course Set Meal" 😍. We ordered two sets to share 😋. The set meal is incredibly rich and diverse 👍, including appetizers, main courses, Japanese dishes, drinks, and desserts 🤩. Seeing the large, beautifully presented tray brought us so much joy 😘.
For the main course, we highly recommend the creamy shrimp soup paired with authentic Inaniwa udon 😋. The shrimp soup is incredibly rich and flavorful 🥰, with every bite bursting with the fresh taste of shrimp 😘. The chewy and springy udon noodles complement the soup perfectly, making it irresistibly delicious 👍.
For Japanese dishes, the must-tries are the plum wine-braised pork cartilage, seafood-stuffed crab shell, and soy sauce-grilled mochi 😍. The pork cartilage is tender and flavorful, while the stuffed crab shell is rich and savory ❤️. Special mention goes to the chilled grilled mochi ❣️, which is soft, chewy, and sweetened with soy sauce, leaving a lasting impression 🌟.
We also ordered three "Heavenly Light Dinner" sets 😆. Despite the name, the portions were quite substantial 🥴. First, the 300g beef steak sandwich made with tangzhong bread ✅. The beef strips were tender and juicy, bursting with rich beefy flavor 🤤. Every bite was incredibly satisfying and flavorful 😘.
The all-day breakfast is a must-order at any cafe 🙂↕️, so we went for their "Heavenly Japanese-Style All-Day Breakfast" 🌟. The beautifully plated and diverse selection included smoked salmon, avocado spread, kombu soft-boiled egg, yuzu crispy yogurt, and more. The colorful presentation instantly lifted our mood 😚. We especially loved their yogurt 🤤, which was smooth and creamy with a delightful crunch ❤️.
For the grand finale, we had the "Tine Norwegian Caramel Cheese Toast Tower" 😍. True to its name, the towering presentation was spectacular 😎. The staff added Norwegian cheese on top right at the table, continuing until you asked them to stop 🤩. It was truly generous 📍. Each piece of toast was perfectly coated in rich cheese sauce, offering a savory and flavorful experience 👍.
The Basque burnt cheesecake was incredibly rich, with a smooth and delicate texture. The caramelized cheese flavor was outstanding ❤️. The staff even torched the caramelized top right in front of us 😍, making it both visually appealing and delicious 👍.
We also tried five signature drinks, each with its own unique charm 😍. These included the beautifully named "Heavenly Mount Fuji" ❤️, the charmingly pink lychee strawberry soda ❤️, the luxurious "TINE Caramel Cheese Coffee" 🌟 (also topped with cheese on the spot 😍), the pistachio lover's dream "Iced Triple Pistachio" ✅, and the refreshing and sweet "Hot Fruit Tea" 📍. All of them were of excellent quality 🥳.
The restaurant also provides adorable cat figurines as table decorations 😍, which are super cute and eye-catching 😆. If you're interested, you can even purchase one to take home 👍.
