This is already a second visit to the restaurant, which focuses on oysters and serves other hot foods. However, I mainly eat oysters myself, other hot foods will wait for next time🤭. If you want to enjoy their two-dollar oyster offer, you have to ask them to add wine, a house wine can order two dozen oysters. Its oysters are of good quality, definitely worth a try for two dollars. The restaurant has several branches, the one I went to is in the Great World Mall, it's not hard to find it by mtr. Whenever you pass by the L2 walkway into Funan, we’re sure you would have spotted an insanely long queue. The culprit of that is The Oyster Bank and they just released a new weekend brunch menu for their outlet at Great World. 🦪 In collaboration with @aperolspritzsg, their #SHUCKINGGOODWEEKEND brunch is only available every Saturday & Sunday from 12pm to 3pm. This is the only time you can get their 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 and cocktails made using Aperol liqueur. 🥰 If you’re a fan of fresh raw seafood, this place is like heaven-on-earth for you. Their signature assorted oysters are both available as raw or baked. We recommend going for the raw first, as the flesh is amazingly sweet and plump! It comes in six different variations, mainly acidic alternatives to the standard lemon juice. 🍋 Although oyster is in the name, their other Japanese-inspired dishes are equally great, such as the 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶 which is nicely seared and juicy. 🐮 #singaporeguide#food
