The former Lee Wang residence, built in 1955, was transformed into Akasaka Prince Classic House in 2016, and is now known as a popular location for pre-wedding photo shoots and wedding venues. Although the Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel is not located in the most upscale area, it is still very convenient. Akasaka Palace and the Imperial Palace are located on the left and right sides of the hotel. There are five subway lines under the hotel, so it is very convenient to go to Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, or Ueno. It only takes about 10 minutes by subway. It's perfect! In addition, because the hotel is located high up, Tokyo Tower is to the south and Skytree is to the east. Therefore, you can enjoy the view of both towers from the southeast corner rooms! The 36th floor is the main social space of the hotel. The elevator hall is directly opposite the iconic bar of the hotel, Sky Gallery Lounge Levita. Every night, the background wall is completely replaced with glass. The beautiful view is two stories high, and the dazzling night view of Tokyo Tower outside the window is all included in the background of the bar. The wavy streamline decorative lights on both sides create a gorgeous and transparent effect. The next afternoon, I went to visit the oldest temple in Tokyo, Senso-ji Temple, which was built in 628 AD (during the Tang Dynasty in China). During the shogunate period, Tokugawa Ieyasu expanded it as a family temple, and it flourished. The towering five-story pagoda is an important factor for Senso-ji Temple to become a World Cultural Heritage site.

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel of the Marriott Group I have added photos of the club lounge and the hot spring baths taken when the hotel opened. When you arrive at the lobby on the 36th floor, you can see the atrium connecting the 35th and 36th floors. If the weather is good, you can see a little bit of Tokyo Tower. The daytime and nighttime views from here are exceptional. The photo of the champagne glasses is on the 34th floor. It had a high-quality feel similar to that of the Ritz-Carlton. The hot spring baths are located in SPA & FITNESS KIOI on the 30th floor. There is a pool and a gym, as well as a hot spring bath. If you want to use the gym, you can rent wear and shoes. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to try the gym. The view is nice, towels are provided, and if you sweat, you can immediately wash off your sweat in the hot spring baths, so it feels great.

The hotel is located on the 20th to 36th floors of the Kioi Tower, with the front desk on the 36th floor. If accessing by subway, the closest station is Nagatacho Station on the Namboku Line, which is directly connected to Kioi Tower. From Nagatacho Station on the Hanzomon Line, you would have to go through the Namboku Line platform. There is a way that doesn't involve going through the platform, but it's inconvenient as it only involves stairs. Since Nagatacho Station is connected to the second floor of Kioi Tower, you take the hotel's dedicated elevator from the second floor to the lobby on the 36th floor. Upon reaching the 36th floor, you'll be captivated by the atrium bar lounge that connects to the 35th floor. The front desk and lobby lounge to your right are beautifully designed, complete with a stylish gas fireplace. The hotel opened in 2016 and is still very modern. There may have been a decrease in visitors during the pandemic, but now the prices have risen to a level that matches the hotel's standard. There is a gym with a pool in the hotel, and although small, it includes a bathing facility where you can soak in the tub while enjoying the view from the high floors. There are two large bathtubs and a sauna, but it's small. I stayed on the 35th floor The higher the floor, the higher the rank seems to be, but since the front desk is on the 36th floor, you have to go down one floor to the 35th floor. True to the hotel brand, the luxury and the night view from the room are wonderful. Kioi Tower also has a Starbucks, and several restaurants, so in my personal opinion, it's not only great for tourists to stay, but also enjoyable just to stay. Across the street is Hotel New Otani Tokyo, so you can also enjoy lunch or a dinner buffet at New Otani's restaurants.
