The smell of beans roasted in the back wafts through the shop. This time I enjoyed a latte. They also have food such as soft-serve ice cream, doughnuts, cookies, financiers, and scones. The pastries are from their own factory. Their craft beer and soft-serve ice cream are made using specially selected espresso. Highly recommend this coffee house for those coffee lover . For sure they serving good quality of coffee with couple options , and some bakery . Don’t miss up their NY Ring , which is really pair with coffee,and the soft serve was really nice to be a sweet finishing . Located in a very trendy, busy and touristic area. I think they call it the cat Street. It is about half way between Shibuya and Omotesando, this is a stylish café serving great brews and coffee beans for home baristas. The cafe primarily does coffee and some food, mostly sweets are also available. Their staff seems friendly and is able to speak English They can give recommendations or options for your choice of coffee. With a friend who is addicted to coffee in the morning. We went to THE ROASTERY by COZY COFFEE right in front of Meiji Jingu Shrine. It's located on Cat Street, but if you go at the opening time, there is plenty of room in the store even on holidays. When I was choosing coffee at the register, I was shown two copies of the same menu, which made me wonder, but the staff member kindly explained to me that the beans were different. They're so new...! I don't like sour coffee, so I had a latte with some high-grade beans. It has a stronger aroma than the instant beans I usually get...it's really good... I didn't order it this time, but at this store, you can get espresso in a champagne glass. Isn't that a bit too much...? We also had canelés as a light breakfast. They were crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside, which was great. I love canelés because they look cute and go well with coffee♥ They roast coffee in the back of the store, so if you find some beans you like, you can buy them right away. There are various types of coffee, but hand drip is the most famous, so I recommend trying it, and it may be a little expensive, but it was a smooth and delicious coffee experience :)

The Roastery by Nozy Coffee, a famous specialty coffee shop in Shibuya. Inside the shop, there are 2 counters: The front is a cafe where you can order coffee, cakes, and ice cream. The back is a counter bar that serves specialty drip coffee. There are samples of various coffee beans for you to smell and they are also available for you to brew at home. We ordered soft-serve coffee, which tasted similar to Kopiko. You can choose between milk, coffee, or mixed. Banana pound cake was delicious, not too sweet, and had a dense texture. For drinks, we ordered an iced latte and an iced Americano. The Guatemala la gran manzana beans were very good and very fragrant. The smell of fresh coffee actively roasting creates a sense of excitement in me and relaxed me too. The staff was extremely kind and patient even though we speak very little Japanese. The coffee itself was masterfully roasted and the NY Rings were some of the best we've had. The free chilled water as you visit is also nice. When the weather is nice the outdoor area is also nice to people watch in. I wanted to check their award winning coffees. So, i ordered a café latte using their award winning Platanares coffee beans and the espresso soft serve. If you are a coffee enthusiasist, this is by far the best of coffee related experience you will have in tokyo. I took the risk of trying their expensive but award winning ecuadorian brew. A shot of espresso and in a sit it was clear why it deserved to win. In the day's to come I ended up stopping by on several ocassions. Not the most expensive purchases again but tried a variety each time. I don't think oat milk brings out what milk can with coffee but tried an espresso shot with oat milk and it was really good. There is a smelling station in the back and they will give you a sample smell tour of all their coffee so that was really fun to do. They were very happy to do it and happy to be creative about what taste like what. The pastries and breads were a delight too. I remember trying a cold brew as well.
