Speaking of food, let’s start with the exquisite afternoon tea at [Xian Yi Lang]～ ☕️The latte is rich and the scones are freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I really like the lobster caviar green beans and caviar sandwiches🥪, which are both creative and classic. The foie gras mousse has a smooth and delicate texture. One bite of it will make you feel relaxed. 🍳Hotel breakfast: Shrimp dumplings, siu mai, Benedict eggs, Shunde fish paste porridge, wonton noodles. These are authentic and delicious, and are exactly what I think of as a "comfortable breakfast". Especially the freshly made Cantonese wonton noodles, with its delicious soup base and chewy noodles, I really want to have another bowl! 🥣Dinner: I tried the Cantonese cuisine at [Yan Ting Chinese Restaurant]. The roast pork was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the spinach and fish maw soup was nourishing and filling, and the beef pot with golden tripe was sour and spicy, which was a good choice for appetizers. The lobby is on the 35th floor, and as soon as the elevator doors open, you'll see a beautiful view with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the city skyline and the beauty of Qianhai Bay. The hotel also has many works of art, such as murals by British artist Pip Todd-Wormoth and sculptures by Italian sculptor Giovanni Balderi, making every place a great spot for taking photos. I especially like the hotel rooms, which have huge floor-to-ceiling windows, so you can see the scenery outside while lying in bed. The Drawing Room on the 35th floor next to the check-in lobby of St. Regis Shenzhen Qianhai Overseas Chinese Town offers afternoon tea and all-day light meals. The afternoon tea set was sold out because there was no advance reservation, so I ordered coffee and dessert and a light meal. The environment and food are good. Next time I have to book an afternoon tea set to try. The St. Regis’ traditional “Evening Ritual” is held at the entrance of the leisure gallery, held every night at 6pm, with a champagne opening ceremony with a saber derived from General Napoleon to commemorate the coming of night.
