The water of Lake Balaton is milky green from a distance, but clear and clean up close. There are many wild ducks and unnamed water birds on the lake. Beautiful! Today's encounter🌹 I met three grandfathers fishing, all very kind. The children stood by and watched them fish for a long time. There were quite a lot of fish, and they all caught several🤭 I chatted with the fisherman for a few words, and he said that the most common fish in this area is white fish. The fish are not big, but they look delicious!🤭 I also met a couple stacking stones. They should be celebrities. They have many fans on Facebook and have been to many places to stack stones! It is also one of Hungary's top tourist destinations. 🌲 The Tihany Peninsula on the northern shore of Lake Balaton feels like it stretches into the heart of the lake, almost splitting the lake in two. The peninsula rises about a hundred meters above the water, with rugged roads, ancient towering trees, and picturesque scenery. ☔ When I visited the Tihany Peninsula on Lake Balaton, the clouds and rain gently brushed over the town, creating a fairy-tale-like wonderland. Hesitating in the dreamy landscape, I was so enchanted that I lost track of the way home. ✔️Features and highlights: 1⃣️ The Tihany Peninsula offers the most beautiful views of Lake Balaton, with a panoramic view of the lake area from the top of the peninsula, where the vast expanse of water merges with the sky, and on a clear day, dotted with white sails. 2️⃣ The white twin towers, visible from afar, are the iconic buildings of the Tihany Peninsula on Lake Balaton. They belong to the Benedictine Abbey, built in 1055, and are an important historical monument.
