I had stayed there a few years ago and had a good experience. This time, the hotel still retained its high-end feel. The number of guests was not too many, and the service was attentive. The concierge staff escorted me to the front desk for check-in, and the overall service was excellent. Even the standard room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was quite extravagant. Although the room had a small balcony, it was not accessible. This time, I took the opportunity to stroll around the nearby Gotenyama Garden, which was elegantly serene and very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from Shinagawa Station, which is commendable.

The Tokyo Marriott Hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. There is a shuttle bus from the station, so I think it's a convenient location for business trips and travel. When you enter, you will find a lobby with a high ceiling. Even though you are in Japan, you can experience a Southeast Asian atmosphere. Go through the lounge on the first floor and walk to the back to find the reception desk and elevator. The amenities are placed next to the reception desk, and you can take as many as you need. The room was neither good nor bad, but it was clean! I was happy that TWG tea was prepared as a welcome drink. It's delicious, isn't it? This lounge offers a very romantic atmosphere for diners, and they get to enjoy their meal while sipping wine and have some small talks with their dinner mate. I opted for the full Dinner course meal, consisting of King crab, salad, soup, fish, beef and desserts. Every single dish is crafted carefully by the chef and the ingredients ised are also very fresh. I really enjoyed the dinner there, as mentioned the atmosphere paired with the nice meal, makes the dinner experience really excellent. As a Club Marriott member I am entitled to a 30% discount which is a real bargain. I will definitely come back again.
