Tongzi'ao Travel Guide: Tongzi'ao is located in Chalin Town, Shuangpai County, Yongzhou City. It is a national 4A scenic area, famous for its ginkgo landscape.  Best Time to Visit The best time to visit Tongzi'ao to see the ginkgo trees is from November to early December, when the ginkgo leaves are golden and bright. Transportation Guide - Self-driving: Depart from Yongzhou, drive along the Erguang Expressway, exit at Shuangpai/Chalin/Yangmingshan/S216, then turn to S216, and finally arrive at Tongzi'ao Ginkgo Village, about 1 hour by car. - Public transportation: First take a bus from Yongzhou to Shuangpai, then transfer to a bus or taxi to Tongzi'ao in Shuangpai. Attraction Introduction - Ancient Ginkgo Forest: There are more than 1,000 ginkgo trees, more than 200 of which are over 100 years old. There are four or five patches of ancient ginkgo forests with 20-30 trees. We spent about 3 hours on the road, and the shuttle bus will not go to the scenic area. It takes about 1 hour to walk to the ginkgo forest. 2⃣Check the local weather conditions before departure and choose clothes of appropriate thickness. It is cold in Changsha. My companion wore a down jacket and almost got heatstroke. Although the mountains are surrounded, the road is very crowded, and there are so many people that you can't even open an umbrella. So, ladies, put on sunscreen! 3⃣Photos taken on the mountain are very white, and the light is very strong. So, if you want to take beautiful photos, it is best to wear bright clothes. We all wore black clothes, and the effect was not very good. Many ladies wore red clothes, which were beautiful, but it depends on the person. Young people can try green, blue, white, and other bright colors they like. 4⃣If you are picky about food, you can prepare a small amount of snacks (too difficult to carry), but it is best to prepare more water. The natural scenery and beautiful scenery attract us. 3. Panwang Temple. It covers an area of 14,007 square meters and was completed and put into use in 1995. The total area is 1,300 square meters. The temple faces south and north. It is a concrete building complex. It is divided into three levels: low, medium, and high. Local people said that a lot of ginkgo leaves fell due to rain and wind last night. After hearing this, I felt that it was a pity, but tourists were missing a lot. There were several buses and private cars, but the parking lot still seemed empty. The duck's feet are ripe and half off, and the ground is covered with yellow ginkgo leaves. Everyone's excitement is still there. Constantly taking photos of various styles. During lunch, it started to rain heavily. Take a break, the winter rain is like silk. Continuing a few steps forward, you will see the thousand-year-old couple tree and the century-old ginkgo tree in front of you. Some duck feet are half-cooked and still green in color, while others are suddenly successful. The posture is like a phoenix dancing in the clouds, and the energy is like a dragon nesting in a rock valley. The intertwined roots have passed through autumn several times, and I have been wandering around in vain every year. The air is so nice, take a deep breath. Just when we were about to leave, the breeze picked up, and the golden apricot leaves fell to the feet of the big tree with the wind.
